Knowing your model number helps us provide the correct user guide, troubleshooting steps, warranty support, and replacement guidance for your Rely alarm.
Same process for every model
Follow the simple steps below to locate your model number. This process works for most Rely smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and combination alarms.
How to Find Your Model Number
Step 1: Remove the alarm
Take your alarm down from the ceiling or wall and carefully flip it over to view the back side.
Step 2: Remove the bracket
If your alarm has a mounting bracket attached, twist or slide it off so the back label is visible. (Some battery-operated models may not require this step.)
Step 3: Locate the back label
Look near the top of the back label near the Rely logo.
(This is where the product identification info is printed).
Step 4: Find the model number
You will see: Model: XXXX
The four-digit number shown after “Model” is your model number.
Tip
If you are still having trouble locating your model number, take a clear photo of the back label and contact our support team for assistance.
